Logging into SpamCop

The absolute first thing to do is make sure you can login. The main login gets you to a website where you can read your mail and setup your preferences. To login, go to http://webmail.spamcop.net/. Your username is your complete spamcop.net or cesmail.net address that you picked when you signed up. This has nothing to do with your old email address. This is the #1 problem people have when logging in. Make sure you use your entire email address, like: "janedoe@spamcop.net" as your username. Your password is whatever you picked. If you can't login, don't proceed any further until you can. If it has been more than a couple hours since you signed up and you can't login, contact us with your username and we'll try to help you out.
